How GridVerge creates value

Beyond standard lead times.
Straight to the opportunity.

Our buyer and seller network is central to the GridVerge approach. We connect specific procurement needs with equipment owners and suppliers, then bring relevant parties together when the technical, timing and commercial requirements align.

How it works

Four steps to a stronger sourcing position.

01

Define the requirement

We establish the essential technical specification, quantity, location, deadline and commercial priorities. For sellers, we establish the available asset details and proposed terms.

02

Pursue available opportunities

We explore relevant opportunities across our established seller and asset owner network, alongside direct market engagement when a requirement calls for a wider search. For sellers, we pursue relevant buyer demand through our industry relationships.

03

Establish commercial fit

We establish whether the opportunity is worth progressing by comparing specification, stated availability, indicative price, documentation and timing before introducing interested parties.

04

Progress the transaction

Buyer and seller take forward verification, negotiations and fulfilment with their chosen advisers and service providers. GridVerge's role remains commercial brokerage.

Our boundary

Clear terms. Confident introductions.

GridVerge does not purchase, hold title to, store, inspect, engineer, transport, install or warrant equipment. Commercial introduction fees, where applicable, are governed by separately agreed terms.

Operating boundaries

The practical details, answered.

GridVerge is an intermediary, not a principal to equipment transactions. Commercial terms are established with the relevant parties.

Does GridVerge own or sell equipment directly?

No. GridVerge facilitates introductions between potential buyers and sellers. Equipment is offered by its owner or authorised seller.

Who verifies technical specifications and condition?

The relevant parties and their appointed independent technical advisers are responsible for inspections, testing and technical due diligence.

Who manages shipping, payment and installation?

Those arrangements remain with the contracting parties and their selected providers. GridVerge does not provide logistics, installation or engineering services.

How are brokerage fees handled?

Any brokerage or introduction fee is subject to separately agreed written commercial terms. No fee or entitlement is implied by submitting an enquiry.
